How do I restore Premium on a new Mac?
Open renamr, go to Settings → License and click Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
I renamed files by mistake. Can I undo it?
Yes. Use Undo to reverse your latest batch. Premium also keeps a saved history, so you can undo older batches.
Why are some files marked with a conflict?
Two files would end up with the same name, or a name isn’t allowed by macOS. renamr won’t rename anything until you fix it, so nothing gets overwritten.
Why can’t renamr rename files in a folder?
macOS may need your permission. Drop the folder onto the window again, or open it with ⌘O, and allow access when asked.
Why don’t I see AI name suggestions?
AI features need Premium, macOS 26 and Apple Intelligence turned on. On other setups, renamr uses on-device fallback naming instead.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles App Store purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
